A while back, I submitted this comic (drawn by both me and Joe) for the Missed Connections anthology that recently came out. Alas, we did not make the cut (the story takes kind of a fantasy-turn, but it's ::ahem:: mostly true...). I figured I'd give it a post.
Note: Joe does not actually talk to the ladies like that.

umm... awesone.
How did that not make it?
thats the best thing i've read this week
ha ha that's incredible!
you know joe masterbated to the thought of that haha!
too bad it wasnt in the book!
So, I've got Project Romantic, Superior Showcase and Four Squares and I was wondering if you have anything else floating out there I could buy with my hard-earned moneys.
Maris Wicks girl-on-girl-on-girl action? Wait, that's one...two...yeah. I added right.
That should go on Fail-blog.
Or so I imagine Joe must think.
I really like the way you two passed the story back and forth. It's cool to see your (different) drawing styles blending in the same story.
For what it's worth, I can think of at least three pages from I Saw You that I'd have cut, if I were the editor, in order to include this piece. It's cool.
Wow, lusted after to the point of posting a Missed Connections... seems like you made QUITE the impression, Maris!
I'm surprised this didn't make the cut, too.
Thanks everyone! I did have a great time working with Joe on the story (and we stayed pretty true to what actually happened (although there was no epic Scott Pilgrim-esque battle ::sigh::). We want to work on a longer story together (maybe make a mini), but never find time for it...

I hope to post some one of my other minis for sale on my ETSY site soon; I'll post about it once they're available.
